Hi Guys
Well as I close in on my final week in hospital I have to tell you all about what happened yesterday. It was the BEST day of my month in hospital and it was planned so well on Mamma's part!
I was in physio yesterday morning and told that I had a visitor.... I had no idea who it could be, I turn my head and squeal in delight!!! It was..... MAMMA CHERYL!!! She had not told me that she was coming to visit, she stayed for my exercise class and watched my short physio session after which I walked, then hoped in a frame walked to Mamma and delivered my first standing up hug!!! it was awsome for the both of us! Then she took me to my room and there waiting was a box of doughnuts and a build a bear box.... I squealed.... Again.... I opened the build a bear box and was introduced to "Smilely" and I dressed him in his chistmas outfit which is just too cute!!! He is the hit of the ward and I take him to meals to make my table just that little more cutier!!
Seeing Mamma just made my day and I was so happy that she got to see the improvement that I have made since she last saw me 3 months ago....

Sammy, I read almost all your blogs but I don't post comments enough!! It's sucks all you've been through but I hope it's all on the mend.
ReplyDeleteAlso, when I was at Schoolies I almost got my nose pierced but your infection taught me not to (I have "deformities" (for want of a bettter word) in my face and sinuses that make me very susceptible to infection). I want my nose pierced!!!!
