Hey if I have to work why doesn't Smiley?
Maybe I have to give Cuddles a lecture on sleeping
on the job..... (left)
Hey Guys,
I know that you have all been hanging for an update on things with me.... Sorry that it has taken forever for me to update you all but I have been extremely busy with therapy exercises here at home.
Things are going really well. I'm doing some of the exercises from my physio class and also incourperating my ball in as well!!! I'm doing two sessions a day both for an hour each and it is intense but I have a lot of fun doing it and it really does test me both physically and mentally. Not to mention my iPod becomes my best friend!!!
Speaking of iPod I upgraded to the new iPod nano and its pink!!! I had a second generation iPod touch 8 gig, but wanted to be able to have something smaller and be able to fit a lot more music on it.
At least with the mew one I can clip it to my seatbealt, shirt or pants and that will mean less chance of it getting stollen especally on a train trip (which will make Mamma happy!)
Also because I ordered it through the Apple store online got something engraved on the back and I got one of Mamma's famous lines to me put on the back "Never stop shining!"
Back of the ipod (if you look really close you
can just see where the engraved quote ends)
Speaking of Mamma miss her BIG TIME She is having some much earnt time off work and with that having a bit of a technology hiatus... Only checking her phone once a week and emails every so often (YES for the record I miss my goodnight texts) But it has been a good test to see how my anxiety fairs, not so bad during the day but nights are still a bit of an issue, self settling takes a while sometimes hours but a combination of lavender oil, smiley and my iPod eventually work their wonders but I do miss her when I do have issues settling or just little troubles in general.
I just have to remind myself that this is not forever and that things will be back to normal in a few week and that by getting through this test she will be super proud of her Little One.
Anyway guys I hope all is well....

Hi Sammy!
ReplyDeleteNights alone can be scary and anxiety-producing.
Great to see you with your ball (the big Swiss one).
"Never stop shining," Sammy.
